Scheduling
All new client appointments must be scheduled online. In rare circumstances, appointments may be made over the phone but will require a credit card to be stored on file in order to finalize the appointment.
Credit Card numbers are input and stored on a secure server, to which no staff member of A Little Lash Shop has access. The credit card on file is strictly to be used in the event of a late cancelation, or a no-show appointment.
REMOVING YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT
Holding a credit card on file does not pre-pay your future appointment. Payments are due at the time of your service.
Lash Retention + Fill Scheduling
You must return to your fill appointment with at least 40% of your lash extensions to be considered a fill. Anything less than 40% retention will result in a new full set.
If we cannot accommodate you and fit you in for a full set in the time we have, you will be charged for the entirety of your scheduled appointment, and be advised to reschedule to come back in for a new full set at a later date.
Lash extension fills are to be scheduled 2-3 weeks apart. Any fill appointment requests that exceed 25 days from the initial fulls set will be denied and/or considered a new full set.
Lashes naturally grow and shed in a cycle anywhere from 5-8 weeks. After 3.5 weeks, it is likely that most of your lash extensions from your previous appointment have shed.
Even if you are coming to a fill appointment with a very decent amount of extensions still adhered, the majority of those lash extensions will need to be removed, and replaced. Since lashes grow before they shed, the natural lash will continue to grow, and there will be new lash growth after a couple of weeks.
Think of it like having your hair colored. You have your hair colored, and after a couple of weeks, you begin to see new growth (roots). The previously attached lash extension will now not be at the base of the lash-line, which means the weight of the lash extension will be unevenly dispersed.
If these lash extensions are not removed during frequent fills, the lash follicle can become damaged from the weight of the extension.
Outgrown lash extensions are always removed at the time of lash fills.
When a lash naturally sheds with a lash extension attached, a new anagen-stage lash is starting its growth cycle and is replacing the old, shed natural lash.
When you come in for fills, we are adding new lash extensions to the newly grown in lashes, while also removing grown out lashes, and replacing them with extensions higher up to the base.
ALWAYS HAVE AT LEAST TWO FILLS SCHEDULED AT ANY GIVEN TIME.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is not suggested as our schedules fill out weeks in advance, but we understand things can come up. If rescheduling is not taken advantage of and appropriate notice is given, the reschedule will be considered.
New clients requesting and rescheduling
For new clients requesting and rescheduling an appointment more than 2 consecutive times will result in a denial of the appointment request
Existing clients who frequently submit reschedule requests may result in denial of further service.
Rescheduling Fees
Late notice cancelations or rescheduling
Any cancelation/rescheduling request received within 48 hours of appointment will result in a 100% charge.
100% of the quoted price will be charged to the card on file. No exceptions.
No-show appointments
Clients who no-call, no-show appointments will be denied scheduling any future appointments at A Little Lash Shop, as well as be charged 100% of the quoted appointment cost. No exceptions.
Waivers
Every appointment requires a signed waiver.

About A Little Lash Shop Policies
We are comprised of a very small staff. When an appointment is canceled or rescheduled at the last minute (within 48 hours) it results in lost wages. We financially rely on an appointment-based schedule. We are only paid when we provide our services.
Since we are such a small staff and are highly in demand, a strict policy must be enforced.
When a client cancels on late notice or no-shows, it takes money out of our pockets that we were relying on and planning on receiving. Booking an appointment and then canceling on short notice also takes away an available appointment slot that another one of our valued clients could have attended and would have greatly appreciated.
In the past, we have been extremely generous and lenient about this policy, but since this is a business and our livelihood, we simply cannot afford any further emotional exceptions.
We strive to respect ALL of our clients' time and schedules, and we sincerely appreciate the reciprocal respect for ours!
